A four day project ended up lasting two weeks, however, it was during the hottest time of August, so I understand the many breaks during the day, and the very slow progress. I also understand that the company is just two guys using garden tools. They did a great job on my Xeriscaping project and the price was more than generous as other companies were charging four times more. Thanks guys for all your hard work. Have a small project, give them a try. "

After leaving texts, voicemail and email on 12/2 (after having to cancel dr appt), I assumed they would prioritize my property on 12/3. Not so. Again left text, voicemail, email and talked to a representative on their 877-# number who said they would get the job done. He also gave me a direct number to call to help me talk to their scheduling coordinator. I left another voicemail at that number. AGAIN, no snowplowing OR response to my message. I called today and left another voicemail (not as polite as previous voicemails, due to frustration) still no response. No one is answering calls, even though the snow and plowing window of 24 hrs has passed. I am not sure if Angi can do anything to resolve this as I've tried everything I can think of. Would definitely caution anyone to beware."
