I cannot say enough good things about GreenPoint Roofing! Anna, the project manager I worked with was amazing and went above and beyond in every way! Because of her, I will never use another roofing company except for this one!!! I have never had such a positive or easy experience with a roofing company. Anna helped me navigate my insurance and not only got me my new roof, but she also got me a couple new windows, some new window screens, some funds to power wash and paint my fence, and some new portions of my gutters- all of which were badly damaged in a hail storm. She also discovered my attic was not properly vented and got that taken care of as well. She always kept me informed of dates and times when things were happening, was always willing to answer questions, and quick to respond. The crew that came out to do my roof was great and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend GreenPoint Roofing!

We had wind damage and we were in the process of selling our house. We really needed our roof inspected and repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Mr. Urbania has managed this project very well. He has been following up with us and our insurance company very closely. He is very knowledgeable. He has gone above and beyond the roof replacement to ensure our house looked good by touching up places exposed unpainted surfaces after the replacements. Furthermore, while he was out of town to help his aunt, he kept in contact with us and managed the communication with GreenPoint to make sure all work and paperwork were taken care of. Because we were selling our house, this was much appreciated. More importantly, he’s very polite, friendly, have good manners, and patient with people like us who are clueless about roof replacement, which is rare in these days. We really appreciate it. We would definitely recommend Tyler Urbania/Green Point to others.

Have had 2 incredible experiences with GreenPoint Roofing! Most recently, Tyler helped us work through damage from the 2019 hail storm that required another new roof, gutters, window, and paint. He meticulously project managed this large job and coordinated with our insurance and other vendors, all while I cared for our new born. I never had to worry about a thing. With never having to have my roof replaced before, I was unsure and somewhat apprehensive of what to expect. From start to finish, GreenPoint Roofing alleviated any concerns I had and then some!! Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. After my roof was installed, the crew did a superb job in nail pickup and overall cleanup. My initial contact was with Mr. Charles Lane, my project manager, and from that point on Mr. Lane oversaw my roof installation and insurance claim like it was his own. You cannot go wrong with Charles Lane as your project manager!!! Mr. Lane was detail oriented, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Tyler from Greenpoint Roofing has managed all of our roofing contracting needs, along with handling our insurance company as well! He worked with us since the very beginning and has stuck with us until even after the roof was installed. Our insurance company was really digging in their heels not to have to pay for painting our house. However, Tyler stuck with it and continued to provide the insurance adjuster photos and estimates from multiple painting companies, in support of our claim. The insurance company finally paid for house painting due to Tyler's diligence and follow through. We decided to go with Greenpoint because we had received stellar reviews from a neighbor, plus there are all A++ ratings and reviews online. We did our homework: checking out reviews online, researching the type of superior roofing materials Greenpoint uses, and so on. We found that everything Tyler spoke was the truth, whereas other companies we met with were not so honest and transparent. Our roof went on as scheduled, without a hitch and we were able to pass inspection by the local city/county inspector. We had neighbors that chose to go with companies other than Greenpoint and they failed their inspections - wow! We were so pleased that Tyler was diligent and strictly managed our project over a period of about 5 months (us waiting on the insurance company, weather dependencies, inspectors, etc.) We have nothing but great things to say about Greenpoint Roofing and Tyler Urbania, specifically. We will continue to recommend this company and our contractor, Tyler to our neighbors and friends for their roofing needs.

Green Point was fast and efficient. They handled the insurance stuff very well. Their crew was professional and explained what they were doing at every step of the way. They found an additional problem and cared for it appropriately. Our roof looks great and we are very pleased with the quality and service we got from them!

GreenPoint Roofing did an exceptional job. Travis, the manager was efficient, honest and did everything he said he would do. They were on time, efficient, polite, and hard-working. The entire job was done in 1 1/2 days and the new roof looks beautiful. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use GreenPoint Roofing again if needed.
