Extra Time Handyman came about after I hired a contractor that took off with $100,000 that he was paid for repairing our home after our house fire. I have always enjoyed working with my hands and doing projects for myself and friends but it became a passion after rebuilding our home. I have a degree from CU Denver and I do not drink, smoke or do drugs which is so rampant in this industry. I am a one man operation with over 15 years experience but I can do most anything from hanging shelves, assembling furniture. faucet replacement, water heater, drywall, window installation and much more. I particularly enjoy bathroom remodeling and radon mitigation. I generally work by the hour but on bid jobs if I over bid I only collect on the time I am there not on the bid amount.
