Were able to come out quickly and repair a broken spring, replace bearings and adjust everything. Work was done well. Would have given 5 stars, but the total cost of the repair was more more than what was expected. This was conveyed to the repair technician.

I see these 5 star reviews and they have to be “ringers”. I’ve had nothing but problems with CR Garage Door from the beginning. Ordered a commercial door that was supposed to be installed in 6 weeks, 5 months later our door showed. Our first service call was 9 months later last Thursday. Our door wouldn’t shut. I checked the eyes/cameras and they looked ok, they said someone would be there between 8 and 10am the next morning. No show ! 1230 they rolled up and I wasn’t home. My wife escorted them to the door, showed them the code (F41/43Eye) on the device. Now you’d think he’d check the camera eyes ? Wife tells me he spent 45 minutes on his phone talking to someone before letting her know he found the problem, the camera eye. Shows her a picture of a camera tilted approx 45 degrees upward. She tells me after he left and I got home, that was ******** we would seen that it was so obvious in that position. She also said she heard him on the phone tell someone I don’t know what I’m gonna charge for this. Ready $500, no he says just kidding, $300. She complained and he tells her $225. This for 5 minutes work on a $39.95 service call and 2 to 4 hours late. Honestly should had been covered by a warranty service. They took advantage of my wife, scammed her, inflated the charges and stayed on our property for another 45 minutes after ripping her off before leaving. I immediately called to remedy the problem and they have refused to call back or answer, straight to voicemail. it’s been 4 days, I’ve called 4 times. Credit card dispute is now in the works. By the way, this door is a commercial door costing north of $12000. They demanded $6000 up front which I gave them. After waiting 5 months I told them I was gonna cancel and demand a refund. They immediately brought out a door, the wrong door which was without windows. Installed it, screwed it up several times installing it, obvious by the various screw holes on the interior face of the door. Now, if you’re wondering why I called them for service ? They told me I had a warranty if I had any problems. Stay away from CR Garage Doors ! There are other reputable companies out there.

The entire CR team worked closely with me to understand my specific needs and ensure that the finished job met my expectations. I had a low garage ceiling and minimal clearance on one side of the garage, which made the install tricky. Chase, Chris, Robbie, and Cody were all professional and a pleasure to work with. Cody, in particular, did an amazing job tweaking the final install to ensure everything operated smoothly. He helped me program the remotes, reviewed the opener features, and discussed the routine maintenance I should perform.

CR Garage Doors was awesome! I have no regrets working with them on this project. Everyone was just excellent, professional, and very friendly. Bailey completed the installation and did an amazing job. He was also very patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

After frying the motherboard of my garage door system I reached out to CR Garage doors and Chase came to my home that evening after hours to diagnose and repair our door system. First, he was honest and walked me through what was wrong with my equipment that I killed and gave me up front pricing on my options for replacement. He also looked at the remainder of my system and gave me recommendations for better longevity of my door/springs/ system as a whole. He replaced the entirety of my garage door system. He was kind, thorough and followed up when after a few weeks we had some squealing in the new springs. Chase met and exceeded all of our needs and did so late in the evening in an emergency situation. Thank you Chase for helping us out when we were in a pinch!
