"The communication was great. My appointment was set for later in the day but the owner called to see if he could come earlier. I showed him the two nests, and he found two more nests that were even bigger. He explained the process and the expected results. He performed the initial application and then checked if more spray was needed. The price was what they stated. More than likely, only one application is needed. By the way, when I first went on Angie's List, I mistakenly hit the "Get a Quote" button and another company responded. They wanted to sign me up (with some sales pressure) for an annual subscription at about 4X the cost of a single application. I believed only one application was needed and the Foggy's owner confirmed. So it pays to contact only the top-rated companies directly. I will use Foggy's again in the future -- get the best and forget about the rest!"

"I heard a scratching noise on a basement window and then smelled a horrible odor late at night. Next morning, I found a pile of animal feces in that window well. Stewart arrived right on time on the day of the appointment and set two traps in my back yard. The very next morning, he found a male adult raccoon in one of the traps. Stewart came every morning to check the traps during the period covered by our contract. In 2016, I had even worse raccoon problems in my back yard. Stewart trapped two raccoons and removed several piles of feces. He is highly knowledgeable of wild animals in Colorado, conscientious, pleasant to talk-with. He is the one I'll call if need occurs in the future."

"This review applies to pet owners. I just got back from spending the morning at the vet with my dog. An Enviropest technician left an open bucket of rat poison behind after refilling bait traps. Luckily, I caught my dog in the act of eating it, and was able to get him to the vet quickly to induce vomiting. He has to be on medicine for the next 3 weeks, to prevent the possibility of internally bleeding to death, and he also needs to be under constant supervision to make sure his condition remains stable."

"Nate is a life saver! If you have pests, hire him and no one else! I had raccoons in my chimney. Another pest control company quoted an outrageous price with no guarantee. I called All Mountain States Pest Control. Nate came right out and took care of it. He trapped the momma raccoon and then came out the next day to make sure he got any babies. He had to reach inside the chimney to get the baby out. Then he reunited mom and baby and released them in a safe place. He also installed a chimney cap, repaired my chimney and cleaned my gutters. His prices were reasonable and he was wonderful to work with. I’d hire him again for sure!"

"I would choose zero stars if you had that option. I have had a property management business since 2004. We have used Beeline for 10+ years. As of the last 6 months or so, their service has gone way downhill. On one occasion I was invoiced for one of my rentals and my tenant informed me that the technician never showed up to do any of the work. Then about a month ago, we had Beeline treat our residence and the technician walked around our home and didn’t spray anything at all. The reason we can confirm this is because we have cameras in our home which showed him just taking a walk around our home and doing absolutely nothing. The last an antic was that they used my card without my consent or permission. I have always called in to pay the invoice. I want to be able to call my tenants to confirm that they actually have shown up and done the work considering what they have done in the past. Apparently the last time I gave them my card for payment, they stored my card information even after I had advised them that I did not want it stored for future use. The receptionist who answers the phone is quite rude and disrespectful. I called on Friday to let her know that this happened and she reluctantly claimed she would reverse the charge. As of four days later, the charge is still there. Do not do business with them unless this is the way you want to be treated and taken advantage of."
