"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

He disconnected the washer to paint behind it when I wasn't home and reconnected it improperly. He was not hired to paint that room. Causing extensive damage to two condos. Mine and my neighbors. He didn't disclose any of this until the next day when it was inspected. He had improperly fitted the washer and reconnected it. He refused to accept responsibility for the damage. Didn't finish the paint job he was hired for and I discovered an empty medicine bottle worth $70 that they emptied and filled with water? Now I'm facing months of issues with insurance while I'm in treatment. There is a reason he doesn't allow reviews on his Google page. He is a horrible human being and a terrible painter. Please save yourself. ?"
