Michelle is efficient and organized, does a great job and works consistently until work is accomplished.

It went amazing. She cleaned and organized our entire garage/workshop. I do woodworking in our garage so there was wood and sawdust everywhere. She organized all my wood and tools plus she cleaned up all the sawdust. Highly recommend.

I called Michelle with Clutter Busters Organizing to help us organize our closet. We are going to sell our house so we wanted it to look nice for prospective buyers. We were just “Wowed” by what Michelle did for us. We had called a company that specializes in closet organizing and they were a small fortune. Michelle did more than we expected at a fraction of the cost. She really has a gift for organizing. We highly recommend Clutter Busters Organizing. In fact, she’s organizing my Mom’s pantry soon. Her customer service and communication is a blessing these days.

I hired Michelle to Declutter and Organize my Dad’s house. My Dad is older and hates to throw anything away. Michelle came in and made an incredible difference in the house. I can actually see the kitchen counter and cook in the kitchen. All the kitchen cabinets and drawers are organized and I can find stuff now. The dining room is now a dining room and not full of boxes and stuff. My office is now an organized space. My Dad’s bedroom is so nice now. All his clothes are put away along with all his paperwork. He loves it! I recommend Clutter Busters Organizing. Michelle was beyond amazing with helping us get a handle on our house.

It always looks and smells fantastic after earthwise cleaners are done cleaning. They make sure to get the windows, blinds, and ceiling fans as well as the usual stuff. I have used them many times and highly recommend them!

The team showed up on time after sending a heads up message. They worked quickly but thoroughly. My house was in need of some loving and that is what it got. They did wonderful work and I would certainly hire again in the future.

It went well. A crew of three ladies arrived on time and got started right away. The house is over 3000 square feet and it took the three of them little over 3 hours to finish. They were productive the entire time. They cleaned everything from the ceiling fans to the baseboards. They even dusted the blinds! I needed the job done within a few days and Michele was very accommodating. Even after I had to change the day due to work conflicts. i was very happy with the completed job and will definitely hire them again.

The Cleaners (2) were very punctually and showed up 15 min prior to their scheduled time. I gave them instructions on what we wanted and they discussed an attack plan on how to accomplish our large house. They were very thorough and did an excellent job! Their attention to detail in cleaning was very refreshing as they really got in the nooks and crannies and cleaned everything! I highly recommend EarthWise for Home your cleaning needs. .

I've used Earthwise since February of 2017. I had had a positive relationship with the company until recently when I was charged $30 more than the agreed set rate we established last year. I inquired as to why there was a rate increase, and I was told the job took longer than expected since so much time had passed between cleanings (even though my house was vacant THE ENTIRE TIME). Well, the same amount of time had passed between cleanings before and there wasn't an issue then ... Why now? Needless to say, I'm very disappointed ... More so for the unprofessionalism than anything else, and I will find a different company for future cleanings.

I used Earthwise for several cleans. The first girl up and quit after 3 cleans and then was a no show. The second girl was punctual but she always shorted me 30 minutes. Once she had an emergency and the company did not have enough employees to send another person to do the cleaning. The cleaning was okay but not spotless. Once I emailed that I was going to discontinue service, the scheduler never confirmed, etc. The cleaning lady showed up anyway.

I've used Earthwise several times over the last couple of years and they have been a life saver, particularly their uniquely offered organizing service. I appreciate their willingness to accommodate my specific needs that go beyond a rote cleaning checklist. I've tried to use other cleaning services and those services have refused to use my provided cleaning supplies for a specific task, like a skunk odor remover after my dog was sprayed by a skunk. Earthwise didn't even blink at my request to use the skunk odor remover during their cleaning and I think it made a big difference. I had also pre-paid for a set time of cleaning service where the maid ran through the task very fast with time to spare and they were totally willing to add a couple minor things to their list to fill that time. They have also been helpful at providing an organizing service when I was in the process of deep decluttering/organizing while living in boxes, and this services was easily combined with the more typical cleaning service. Their help organizing made a HUGE impact to my mess, working much faster than I ever have. Some issues I have had that are worth noting: I don't schedule a regular cleaning service, but it's usually a struggle to get Earthwise quickly out to my house on one-off service as they already have a full schedule booked up. I can typically expect to be fit in within a week of calling, but sometimes longer if I want to use their organizer service. This means they don't typically accommodate last minute or "emergency" cleanings, like when my dog was sprayed by a skunk, which is why I used a different cleaning service for that one first. Their price is fair, but not cheap. Punctuality usually isn't a reoccurring problem, but I've had at least one Earthwise employee arrange to arrive later than scheduled, not check the time when she arrived, forget an item she needed (was it a vacuum? broom? something) and go back to get it, and then charge me for more time than she spent on the actual cleaning task that day. I felt like she was trying to cover the time she was "working" but not working. This only happened once and it wasn't a huge problem to work out. There are definitely Earthwise employees that are better at organizing than others, which the owner knows and will try to schedule her better organizing employees for the organizing tasks. Even then, these are not professional organizers. They might be able to make judgement calls, but it works best if you know exactly how you would like things organized or put away for you and they can do the task as you describe. I do recommend people give this service a try. I've dabbled with other Angie's List cleaning services and I keep coming back to Earthwise because of their well-rounded and accommodating services, reasonable prices and ease of scheduling.
