"The house is 3900 sqft, 5/5 and furnished not including his mother's apartment, which is lived in 100% of the time, that we clean as well. This time it had taken us an hour more - 6 hours instead of 5. And to find out from my staff that the main house did not have working A/C in this 100 degree weather. We have had to make an extra trip in the past due to his mom not letting us clean, which I never billed him for. We charge by the hour and my staff works hard and they deserve to be compensated for their work. I'm sure this customer does not work for free. I'm very disappointed in this review because i did not deserve it. We try our best to provide the best service possible. Michelle Owner"
"First of all we cleaned 17 times for this customer from June to November. She had the same cleaner for every appointment. We're not perfect, the girls call in sick just like everyone else does including this customer. We charge only for the time we are on the job. I'm sure she did not pay for time that we were not there. It's hard to respond to a review that has been posted almost 7 months after our last cleaning."
