"Without Michelle Stream, Streamline Designs, I would not be living in my gorgeous condo. It needed a full gut which I knew I could bot do alone Her instincts, design talent and thoroughness made what could have been a very pain filled process, a fun, exciting adventure. She is The best combination of extremely talented and very detail oriented. Both are hard to find when wanting someone to help you with a home remodel I Highly recommend Michelle"

"They did a really great job. It went well. Angelina was really knowledgeable. She kept us updated. Everything went pretty smoothly. We're planning to hire them again to help us design and pick colors to our basement."

"Jack is a pleasure to work with from start to finish! He is completely upfront about his pricing, and we loved that he passed his designer discounts on to us rather than keeping the difference as part of his compensation; that way we knew Jack only had the integrity of the design and our Best interests at heart. Jackâ s ability to do quick digital renderings helped me to visualize the spaces with our selections installed prior to ordering, which was great for deciding on the arrangement of furniture and scale/size of our selections.. I highly recommend Jack for his wonderful taste and openness to feedback and furniture picks we found independently. We canâ t wait for all of our custom orders to get delivered & installed in our new home! Hire Jack. You wonâ t be disappointed."

"She is just amazing. A super hard worker. She offers a great price, too! Id definitely recommend them!"

"Marc was attentive, understanding and really a good point of contact through our build process giving us the information we needed to accomplish our goals in our pre build process. He remains a point of contact for all future questions and concerns!"

"I recently worked with Don to renovate my home in Boulder and am very pleased with the outcome. He has vision and can see possibilities that add value and bring out the best elements of both the property and the home. Don worked carefully with me to design my home to complement my lifestyle and to reflect my aesthetic, creating open spaces, "hidden" storage, and modernizing the overall look and feel. He was especially helpful in integrating indoor and outdoor spaces: extending views, unleashing natural light, and enhancing outdoor spaces with subtle lighting. At my request he also offered suggestions for potential colors and ways to use new and existing furniture to enhance, and be in proportion with, the spaces we created. I am convinced that many of my home's favorite features and details exist because Don took the time to see, and to enable me to see, the possibilities. Prior to purchasing and renovating this house, I hired Don to "review" three other homes that I was seriously considering purchasing. He was able to see possibilities as well as to point out deal breakers. Working with Don in this capacity helped me to educate myself about renovations, articulate what I wanted, and kept me from making purchases that would not have been as optimal as the one I ultimately purchased and now call home. If you are looking for an architect that can really add value through design, talk with Don."

"Katie was so easy/wonderful to work with. I found this type of project extremely daunting as I am a full-time work from home mom to a toddler. She made me feel completely comfortable sharing my space with her, and also her flexibility in scheduling was a life saver. Making our home a space that was work friendly, toddler friendly, dog friendly--- was a mission to say the least - but Katie KILLED it. We are so grateful for her help and can't wait to work with her again!"

"Project: Fireplace ledger stone and mantle, mud room tile replacement and wall remodel. We recently purchased a new home and wanted to upgrade some things we felt were underwhelming. We had a tight schedule to make the changes we wanted completed prior to moving in and Baker Building Services delivered in spades. From the initial estimating walk-through to final completion they were thorough, detail oriented, professional and just fantastic to work with. Brandt helped us make up our minds on the direction we wanted to go with our mud room tile and the fireplace mantle which we couldn't be happier with. Dawson and team provided their skills reliably, on schedule, with care, precision and efficiency. Having been involved with similar projects at different levels in my lifetime, it was refreshing to work with a team that's experienced and clearly takes pride in the work they do as is evidenced by the end product. I would definitely recommend Baker Building Services to anyone considering a remodel and looking for a quality crew to do the work. At some point I may be using them again."

"They did a very good job fixing up our deck. It has a few support beams needing replacement. Plus they also re-leveled portions as well. Very professional."
