"We had grass removed, paver walkways installed and rocks were expanded (about $15,000 in total). Overall, the work performed was done very well. The paver prep and installation was excellent. They had to cut pavers around two curved concrete areas. The paver cuts for this were outstanding. The rock they initially installed, did not match our existing rock. They indicted the existing rock would be matched the best they could, but it really looked bad and had small gravel pieces within it all over. Our existing rock was from 3/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch in diameter. After contacting the owner about this issue, she made a special trip to look it over and agreed it did not match. The owner fixed the issue by removing the rock that was installed and bringing in rock that was all 1 1/2 inch thick and a better color match. We really appreciated that the owner was willing to fix this for us at no additional charge. We have worked with some businesses that are not willing to correct their mistakes. This company did and went above and beyond to fix it. We highly recommend Rocky Mountain Snow Removal and Landscape."

"I cannot recommend Ricky with Krenger Construction high enough for the outlandscaping work done. From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, an attention to details exceeded all of our expectations. The water feature has become the centerpiece of our backyard. His knowledge of proper drainage, pump systems and stone placement is extensive. The deck work is phenomenal. We now have a beautiful deck that everyone enjoys. The compliments on our deck and yard are overwhelming! Ricky had excellent communication with us throughout the entire project. "Working with Dave and Mike was wonderful. They put in a lovely paver patio in our backyard, with Hot Tub and Fire Pit as well as some custom built privacy fencing. What I appreciated was that they did the job right. The way it was engineered I feel confident that the water will disperse properly, and that this will last for a very long time. Communication was high, and the layout before work started was well executed. They also were prompt and finished on time. Will definitely enjoy working with them in the future."

"I had a bad experience with a small landscaping project along our side yard. Communication was dismal - the person directing the project was inconsistent in his contact, and when I called to discuss some issues still to be addressed, I had to call the office twice (calls a week apart) in order for him to get back to me. In placing the plants and the walkway, the team that did the work was not supervised or told where to place the chosen plants, resulting in poorly placed plants for the locations. Pea gravel on a slope that I was told would be sprayed with a fixative was not sprayed. When I brought this to their attention, I was told it wasn't necessary, even though they were the ones who had suggested it originally. The worst problem was that in the course of planting the new plants, the team dug up the sprinkler lines, then laid them on top of the landscape fabric with loose mulch over the lines. When I asked to have them come back and rebury the lines, they simply cut the landscape fabric, pushed the lines under the fabric and spread the mulch again. The sprinkler lines are still not buried in the ground like they were. I'm still dissatisfied with the work."
