"Had Wayne come out to assess some doors and weatherstripping that needed repair. He was polite and knowledgeable, and spent the time to understand my budget and needs. Sent a quote over in a timely manner, but I decided to wait to do the repairs until a later date. I contacted him again a few months later for a re quote and to hire for the work, but he was very inconsistent about getting back to me, and never tried to reschedule any time for me.
