"Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and good value. Gas leak repaired by replacing interior gas lines in older home."

"They contacted me right away and set up a very quick appointment. He gave me an estimate of the cleaning I would need. They gave me an appointment window, contacted me early, because he was running early, to let me know he was on his way and how long it would take for him to get here. He even offered to bring me a coffee or tea! After we talked about the trouble we have been having with our fireplace he laid out a tarp and started cleaning and checking for the problem. After he found the problem, he explained my problem and my options for repair. As well as the cost options. I chose what would work and he gave me an estimate of how long it would take. After he completed the repairs he showed me how everything worked and how to shut off the gas, because I did not know how to do that before. He cleaned up and was very, very courteous! So hard to find good customer service these days and someone who takes pride in their work. The fireplace looks awesome!"

"Fixed a non-flushing toilet on the first visit, and assessed, explained, and repaired a serious plumbing leak and alerted us to a rusty gas line, all in less than 4 hours on the second visit. Rootin' for the Rooter Guy!"

"Franco was very quick to respond. He was able to get our job scheduled within the same week. He performed some mortar repointing, repair of cracked brick, a new concrete cap, natural gas log install, chimney sweep, and damper lubrication. Very trustworthy, went above and beyond to help oversee a delivery that arrived while i was out of the house."
