"Well we purchased the package for $60 but it didn't include much. So we paid an extra $30 to get a deeper cleaning. The item was purchased in February and I called him quite a few times. He took too much time to call us back to schedule. It was frustrating. He was quite full of himself. There were several things that he didn't clean. Not very through.

I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE HAVING A STRANGER COME IN AS IT WAS, BUT REALLY HATED WHAT THEY MIGHT THINK OF HOW BAD THINGS WERE, BUT I FINALLY GOT BRAVE ENOUGH TO PUSH MYSELF INTO CHECKING OUT HOME ADVISOR, AND WAS VERY PLEASED WHEN DELFI ANSWERED THE PHONE AND LISTENED INTENTLY, NEVER ONCE MAKING ME FEEL JUDGED AT ALL. I WAS WORRIED I COULDNT PAY ENOUGH FOR IM ON A FIXED INCOME, BUT I TOLD HER THE AMMOUNT I COULD PAY, AND SHE SAID THATS FINE, I UNDERSTAND YOUR SITUATION COMPLETELY AND WILL BE GLAD TO HELP. DONT WORRY I CAN HANDLE IT JUST FINE! GOT JUST THE IME I WANTED, AND I WAS SO SUPRISED WHEN SHE AND HER 17 YR OLD PRECIOUS DAUGHTER WERE STANDING THERE, SHE INTRODUCED HERSELF AND KIM HER DAUGHTER THAT HELPS HER, AND I WAS SO NERVOUS WARNING THEM OF WHAT THEY WERE WALKING INTO, AND SHE SAID NO WORRIES, WE WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING U WANT DONE! I TOLD HER IT WAS MUCH EASIER FOR ME TO EXPLAIN THE PLAN OF ATTACK, BECAUSE IT WAS SUCH A DISASTER! SO ANYWAY, I BEGAN RATTLING THINGS OFF, AND THEY BOTH LISTENED INTENTLY, AND MY WORD, I DONT KNOW HOW THEY COULD REMEMBER EVERYTHING I WAS DRILLING OUT LIKE AN ARMY SARGENT PREPARING FOR BATTLE. SOME THINGS I COULD EASILY HANDLE MYSELF, SO I TOLD THEM DO THIS, DONT DO THAT OVER AND OVER, AND HOW THEY GOT ALL THAT POOR THINGS, I WILL NEVER KNOW, BUT THEY DID THANK GOD, HE ALWAYS SENDS ME THE BEST HE HAS OF ANYTHING, SO I THANK HIM FOR DELFIE AND KIM!!! I WAS SO SUPRISED, BECAUSE THEY MADE ME FEEL SO VERY COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED, AND WERE SO EASY TO TALK TO, THAT IT SEEMED I HAD FAMILY HERE! THEY DID A PERFECT JOB, SO I DECIDED I COULD CUT CORNERS A BIT AND PAID THEM QUITE A LOT EXTRA! THE REALLY NEAT THING IS, I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO GO NEXT DOOR TO TAKE MONEY AT ATM, AND KIM SAW I WAS GOING WITH A WALKER AND CARRYING MY SMALL BATTERY OXYGEN, AND JUMPED IN REALLY QUICK SAYING, I CAN GO WITH U IF U WANT, I SAID WOW! OK! THATS GREAT BEAUSE, ITS HARD TO GET THIS THING DOWN THE STEPS, AND HARD FOR ME TO OPEN THE DOOR AT THE STORE, AND SHE EVEN CARRIED MY MACHINE! I THOUGHT THEY DIDNT MAKE TEENS LIKTHAT ANYMORE!
