I contacted a different place here in Longmont and made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. A week later, without hearing back from the first place, I reached out to Black Diamond. "Jaime was persistent in locating the multiple leaks we were experiencing and getting them fixed. He had to replace the filter, then the new one leaked so had to get another one. He also replaced the pump to the spa jets. We are also going to have him test the water for us each month. We have been very happy with his service."
