"Nic was on time and very polite. I had odd jobs that I needed done around my apartment; i.e. fixing a cabinet door, put seals in around my entry doors, repaired my dining room chair and hung two shelves. He was very efficient and had the tools needed for the job. I would definitely hire him again!"

"The floors themselves ended up looking very  good, however during the process the molding transitions between the floors and tile was torn up and not replaced, the baseboards were beat up to the point that all needed repaining and cable feeds that came up through the floor were pushed down in two of the rooms. When we complained about the molding they first denied they had done it, then saw the logic that it couldn't be anyone else and agreed to replace it. They showed up with new modling as one long piece that had been removed was broken in half. When I inspected it afterwards I found that they had reinstalled the broken piece as well as the other old pieces and it looked terrible, especially next to the nicely done floors, like putting a beautiful picture in a crappy frame.
We had arranged for them to put molding down in a bedroom but cancelled the order and won't use them again. I might have got past the banged up baseboards and lost cabel feeds but when they went cheap and didn't put down $5 worth of quarter round to nicely finish the room it told me volumes about their workmanship and customer service.
