"Gerald and his team are fantastic! They are friendly, professional, and do great work. Gerald met with us and walked our house to give us an accurate estimate. He was easy to communicate with via email and text to schedule the work to be done. They converted our office into a true bedroom by moving a doorway, adding a closet, and making all trim and paint match. He was very professional and cared about keeping our home as clean and livable as possible during the construction. He laid blanket tarps on the ground each day throughout the house where they would be working and walking and took them up each day before leaving so we could live normally for the evening. He made the cuts for the trim and framing on our deck to keep the dust to minimum inside. He even went to Home Depot to get a new part when we asked him about making a last minute change. "The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

"We had grass removed, paver walkways installed and rocks were expanded (about $15,000 in total). Overall, the work performed was done very well. The paver prep and installation was excellent. They had to cut pavers around two curved concrete areas. The paver cuts for this were outstanding. The rock they initially installed, did not match our existing rock. They indicted the existing rock would be matched the best they could, but it really looked bad and had small gravel pieces within it all over. Our existing rock was from 3/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch in diameter. After contacting the owner about this issue, she made a special trip to look it over and agreed it did not match. The owner fixed the issue by removing the rock that was installed and bringing in rock that was all 1 1/2 inch thick and a better color match. We really appreciated that the owner was willing to fix this for us at no additional charge. We have worked with some businesses that are not willing to correct their mistakes. This company did and went above and beyond to fix it. We highly recommend Rocky Mountain Snow Removal and Landscape."
