However As a business, Metro Spa Repair, I was asked by Carlos to do a repair. I did the repair but was not paid for it. Also I loaned him my spa moving dolly which he never returned. I contacted him this fall about blowing out my sprinkler system and he gave several dates to do it and never came by to blow out the system, pay me what he owes me, and return my dolly. As it was getting below freezing I had to hire another company."
