"Two years ago I had my chimney repaired perfectly by this company. I recently had my roof replaced and water leaked through four of my walls. I thought perhaps it was another issue with the chimney or it was an issue with my recent roofing project. I called both companies out to take a look. It turned out that the roofing company was at fault and NOT Design Exteriors chimney work. The customer service I received from Design Exteriors despite it not being their issue at all, was outstanding. They took the time to explain to me the real issue and help me understand how to communicate to the roofers what needed to be done. It took my roofing company three visits before they finally admitted fault. All the while Design Exteriors stood behind their work and was willing to do whatever necessary had the issue had anything to do with their work on my chimney. They were consummate professionals, even going so far as to bring in second and third opinions. Meanwhile, my roofing company- the true "at fault" party, attempted to deny that my leak was a result of their work. Design Exteriors even went so far as to continue following up on the progress of the issue despite it not being their issue at all. I cannot say enough good things about them. I will use this company again and again!"

He can also build flowerbeds and design them on top of that he can do yard clean up.

"I cannot begin to thank Josh enough for the work he did on my home regarding my upstairs bathroom. Everytime we took a shower in the bathroom the water would leak and we were super concerned because the water was starting to drip from out light fixtures and started creating pockets and puckering.on our hallway walls it was seapimg between the wall and the paint. We were super concerned as we.tried having another handyman and a plumber to help.us diagnose the problem. Both recommended a complete overhaul of the bathroom and charged an outrageous price that we couldn't possibly afford at the time. Luckily for us Josh reached back to us when we initially started looking for a handyman. Josh told us he had a lot of experience regarding these matters and based on pictures of his previous work we felt very confident he could help us. We were already under the impression we would have to redo our tub and he offered a reasonable price if that was the case, however Josh really secured our confidence when he told us it may not even be necessary. He was really methodical and did his best to not to demolish the wall to get access to the pipes of the tub and shower. Fortunarely he localized the issue to a leak from our pipes and saved us thousands of dollars that we thought we would have to spend. It seemed like hard work, but he had it fixed by the next day and we haven't had a problem since. I highly recommend Josh regarding any work on your bathroom. If I wasnt selling my house I would have him re-do the whole bathroom based on his previous work and the quality job he did for our bathroom. I can't thank him enough!"
