Customers say: Quick response

"Keith and his employees were great! They removed a rotted out deck and replaced it with a larger new deck, all the while moving the hot tub back and forth! At the same time one guy would be painting in one part of the house and another building some custom stairs elsewhere. They also suffered through pulling up disgusting old carpet with cat piss included and preparing the house for new carpet. They put a shower in and built a set of difficult deck stairs. Everything we needed done to the house, aside from electric work, was well done and completed in a timely manner. We will hire them for our next remodel or anything!"

"JD did a great job installing my new door. He was prompt in installing and making sure the new door worked properly. JD has years of experience and knows what heâ  s doing! There was zero hassle and the door was even better than I expected. My garage was cleaned up great after he was done. Explained to me how the new door operated. Highly recommend Snowshoe Garage for repairs/new installation."

"Found Sentri on Angi. Jeanette and Violet were very pleasant and efficient in getting a contractor to me in the time frame needed. The contractor was excellent and the roof looks great! I would definitely work with them again if I had additional projects."

By careful planning and reinforcement to maintain structural integrity.

Your local building code will list all the framing requirements for whatever type of structure you're building. Most exterior walls require spacing of 16 inches on-center, while many non-load-bearing interior walls only require 24 inches of spacing. However, there are also varying requirements depending on your construction material, so checking your municipality's rules is essential.

An A-frame home can be cheaper to build than a traditional house, but that is not always a given. Prices can be fairly similar in some cases, depending on the location, design, and necessary site preparation. Costs for an A-frame typically run between $100 to $200 per square foot, which is comparable to the cost of a traditional home. The cost of an A-frame can come in under those numbers if you opt for a prefabricated kit.

Framing a basement takes three to five days, on average, when completed by a professional, though it may take longer for a larger space. Keep in mind this doesn’t include the time to complete the design, obtain permits, and install the drywall on the framing. On average, fully finishing a basement takes an average of 45 days.
