He repaired the damage area on the corner trim and reinforced the gutter. Replaced some siding in the front and soffit and fixed some valley drainage that was not directed correcctly. Before he was done he also replaced several concrete roof shingles and recalked around the upper floor windows in the back of the house. The roof tile repair and calking was not even on his original propsal. Took a full day to get everything done and his bid to do the repairs was fair and reasonable.
