Rick who is the manager is onsite and he isn’t just overseeing and directing the project, he is digging in lifting chunks of broken concrete onto the fork to be towed away and smoothing concrete. Who did the clean up? The boss man Rick! I am leary of concrete companies as I had a bad experience previously so I scrutinized this company and Rick answered every question I had and sent pictures of previous work. My project was a driveway repair as I had 2 large portions replaced; the Griego brothers treated the project exactly as if it were a full driveway project. They brought a Bobcat with a power jack hammer and a crew of 6 men . Rick answered all calls promptly and was promptly on the job at said starting time. "Absolutely superb. 1. The owner, Dave, arrived on time for the initial review and estimate. 2. The estimate was very acceptable since I reviewed three bids. 3. His approach and understanding of what I wanted was on target. I had several follow-up questions and he got back to me right away and answered all the questions. 4. Date of the concrete pour his team showed up on time. Dave was there to ensure his team understood what needed to be done. 5. The entire team got to work and then the concrete delivery company arrived on time. The issue here is what was ordered was not delivered. This is not Dave's fault. But he worked with the company to complete my project. Sadly the concrete company refused to work with Dave to correct their oversight. 6. The project was completed and looks great. Dave and his team knows how to do it right and respects the customer. 7. If I have another project, Omega Landscaping and Concrete will be the first one I call."
