"My dog found a dead squirrel in the front yard on Wednesday evening, 10/4/23. I began my internet search to find a company to handle a quick and humane disposal of the squirrel. Very few companies advertise this service, so I contacted at least 5 companies. Best Pest and Wildlife Control responded immediately on Thursday. Sean was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and connected me with the local team who immediately scheduled me for an early Friday morning appointment. I was contacted by the Technician first thing in the morning and he arrived within a half hour. Bailey was polite, professional, knowledgeable and picked up the squirrel and disinfected the area where the squirrel laid to rest. I had a concern about the billing which they immediately resolved. This company is very professional, knowlegable and professional, doing what they say they will do. I highly recommend them."

The owner of Independent Pest Control, Michael Diaz, is personable and seems to know his bugs, their seasonal cycles, and the most effective (yet safe) chemicals. We've noticed over the last year that we have fewer insects inside the house, and Michael says he can make return visits if necessary before the scheduled quarterly visit. In addition, Michael is low key and hasn't tried to sell us any unnecessary services. He's punctual in scheduling service and comes at the appointed time. He is very professional and has a wonderful personality and demeanor and explained what he was doing and why and gave me some good advice like not having too many water sources for the wasps. And it did make a difference because I had four bird baths. So now some of the bird baths are just for pretty. Customer service top notch, I would recommend him to anybody and everybody.
