They responded to my telephone call on a Sunday. I sent them a photo of the dead deer and we negotiated a fair price considering the other estimates I received. Most of the local services quoted prices between 25 and 130 percent more than what I paid. They came Monday morning and removed the deer

I had a family of racoons taking residency in my attic. The team sent to me were very unresponsive. I made the mistake of paying them upfront and things went downhill from there. I explained to the men that every 2-3 days the racoon family would come home. This company came out, assessed the situation and set up traps. They found the entry point but were unsuccessful in capturing the animals. They opened one can of "fish" which was eaten by something but the trap didn't catch anything. Spent a lot of money with no results-oh, yes, they did close the entry for an exorbitant fee, but alas, i think the buggers are back. If you hire this company don't make my mistake by paying them upfront.

Worst mistake I have made and it cost me $450. They set traps for groundhogs but would not listen to us when we tried to tell them where to put the traps. Kenny told me I was RUDE when I suggested to him that we did not like the idea of lethal traps because we had 4 cats, and when we saw that the trap was disabled with a piece of wire, we removed it and he went off on me saying that they do not work on weekends, thus they put the wire in the trap so it would not work cause they were not coming to check the trap on the weekend (mind you, it was only Wednesday). Not a bad haul for 3 days work. Needless to say, the trap caught no groundhogs, and I have no intention of ever hiring such a threatening group of imposters again. Now, I just smile and wave at the critter while I try to extend the height of my fences around the garden.

Tried to change the price we agreed on, almost missed finding a baby, left 2 babies behind, was always in hurry to go to the next client, wanted to feel like I was the only client, even though I knew I was not.

Responsive with fox den and kits problem. As Kenny said might happen, they trapped a couple then mom and rest left!

I was realy annoyed with noises of birds on my rooftop. I said I needed immediate help. Team came in quickly, removed the nests, secured the place so the birds will not come back again. I recommend VA Animal Control. They are highly reliable, responsible, reasonable and experts in their job.

Kenny was very helpful and knowledgeable. He and his partner came out daily to try to assess if the raccoon that has been in my eaves was still coming around. When it was evident he wasnâ t, they were able to secure the opening so he wouldnâ t infiltrate it again. I since had heard of a sighting of him on the street behind my house and that he looked sick. I think he has tried to come back because I saw his muddy footprints on my garbage containers but no activity. Since we were unable to trap him, I wonder where he decides to find his new napping place. Iâ ve since also blocked a loose fence board in the back which may be where he was getting to and from so easily. Thank you Kenny and your partner for doing all the dirty work. No way were me or my husband going to get up that ladder to deal with God knows what. Also appreciate the appropriate communication... not too much and just enough to know the job was getting done.

These guys were great! I put in a request on home advisor and about 15 minutes later, I got a call saying they could be at my house in 30 minutes. They showed up, took care of the problem (birds in a vent) in about 10 minutes, covered all the vents on my house to prevent this from happening again and were on their way! Within an hour and a half of me finding this problem on my home, itâ s all fixed!

Kenny and his crew did a good job with a very big squirrel problem. Took some time but they were persistent and very responsive.

I really appreciated VA Animal Control’s prompt response to my pest (bird) control service request. This company knows what they are doing, are very professional and I will definitely be using their services again, if needed in the future. Highly recommended.

They did great work trapping a opossum. Friendly and good customer service.
