"Ulises delivered exactly what I was looking for. He gave a very fair quote, very quickly. He was honest and upfront about any difficulties in the project and there were no hidden fees. I live in a historic home in Golden and he knew all of the historical society rules in addition to local zoning rules. He built a beautiful white picket fence with arbor in the front, a 6 foot privacy fence in the back (with a crazy number of gates), scraped my top-soil with 1000s of weed seeds, and placed 30 cubit yards of compost. This has truly elevated my house, and I can’t wait to do the fun part of planting. He’s also really nice and easy to get along with. I’ll definitely be using him for other projects.
