He even replaced a few deck boards for me prior to staining the deck and only charged me for the cost of materials. Mike worked it into his schedule, and in the end, the deck looks great. The patio is not Mike's specialty, and it turned out okay. In the end, we plan to hire Mike to clean our fence later this fall. When it comes to wood, Mike does a great job, and I would recommend him. Regarding the value, I'm not an expert in this space, but the cost seemed a little high for what we received."
