"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Purchased the garage door service and selected the wireless remote.
Jordan arrived 2 minutes before estimated time.  He fixed the garage door eyes which weren't allowing open/close function, installed the wireless remote and replaced the garage door rollers.  He even tightened up the buttons on our mounted wall buttons.
Garage door now works flawlessly and much quieter.
Couldn't be happier with the service.  Highly recommend!

"They do more than just windows/screens. Full service company that can tackle all kinds of stuff."

"Mr. Ray (Owner) arrived on time. He gave me an estimate of the work proposed immediately. The estimate was reasonable, and I did not feel that I was being cheated due to my hail damage claim. I spoke with two other companies that priced the job out of my budget. He began the work in an organized manner. I have lived in my home for over eight years. I did not recall how to open the windows to clean them. Mr. Ray showed me how to open the windows and I cleaned windows while he replaced the screens. Mr. Ray was very professional and I would not hesitate to refer him to my neighbors and friends."

"Chris did a great job repairing my sliding glass door, and at a very fair price. He explained the problems and solutions every step of the way. The door now functions better than when it was new!"
