"I first hired Daniel and his team to scrape my front yard to get it ready for spring planting, and to plant four new trees. They did such a good job, I was thrilled to hire them right away to build a new retaining wall in my 100-year old house basement. They worked within the timeframe I needed them to, as I also was working with another company to replace my furnace. The wall came out better than I could have imagined! When I had some leakage problems with my sprinkler system, they came and worked on that, as well as replaced an old valve. They went above and beyond on my multiple projects. "Rich Che and the CNS Empire Landscape crew did fabulous improvements on our family home in Wheat Ridge. They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."

"I can't say enough about Larry and his crew. They are a great group of guys who bring a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic each and everyday. Their number one goal was to ensure my happiness as a customer and homeowner. They showed up everyday right around 8am and worked until 4:30 or so. I can count on one hand the number of times I wasn't able to reach Larry on the phone over a period of several weeks! So I'm not sure what that 1 negative review is all about. The project came out wonderful. The trees are mature and nicely shaped. The plant life and mulch is healthy and vibrant. And the retaining wall looks outstanding!! Being a veteran, I've got a little OCD when it comes to things being just right. Fortunately for me, Larry and his crew were easy to talk to and they were driven to meet my expectations of making things "perfect". That's something I greatly appreciated. As the project was reaching it's finality I had so many people comment on how good everything looked. "We moved into a new build and had to landscape a backyard from scratch. We got several quotes and Sigi and his team stood out to us. For one, Sigi showed up personally to help us out and walk us through the process; every single time. You would be surprised how many contractors simply don't bother to return calls or show up! Sig worked with our budget and followed up after the sod install to make sure the sprinklers were set correctly. He and his team even helped us unload trees even though it was not part of their job, and cleaned up the dirt afterwards. It's the little things that matter; and MG got all of the little things right."

I was pleased with the quote and work started within two weeks of the meeting. The crew started on a Monday and would have been done within two days but we had a full day of rain then snow.
