I presented W.F. Gray with an impossible job—and they totally delivered. How impossible? Pack rats infested the earthen cellar of my remote mountain cabin during the winter. If you know anything about pack rats and what they can accomplish in a day, much less several uninterrupted months, you know what a hellish challenge this presented. In fact, no one within a 100-mile radius of my cabin was equipped to handle this job. Then I found W.F. Gray. On just a few days notice, Frank Gray and his crew drove 2.5 hours and arrived as promised at 8:00 in the morning. Then, in one very long day, they cleared SIXTY (60!) construction sacks' worth of rat nesting and waste (1,500 pounds of it!), power-cleaned the space, then coated all surfaces with a powerful but non-toxic sanitizing fluid. It didn't matter that I was almost 2,000 miles away when all this happened, because Frank provided me with numerous before-and-after photos. Before: a tangled, toxic swamp you wouldn't wish upon your worst enemy. After: a bare, clean space where you could serve tea if you so desired. Long and short: W.F. Gray performed an almost impossible job quickly, thoroughly, and at a very reasonable price. Five stars

Went very well. He put the job before his own comfort and convenience. If everyone worked as hard as this guy the world would be a great place.

Structures are pre-manufactured concrete equipment shelters and the original pre-cast concrete roofs were failing due to spalling. Foam Tech over-coated the concrete roofs with a hard foam surface in the early 2000's. Due to ice falling from the adjacent tower, no fault of the product or Foam Tech, reapplication of the protective matting and hard coating was necessary. |This is one of six high altitude telecommunications facilities owned by an electric utility, Foam Tech has worked on all but one over the last fifteen years or so. All these flat foam roofs are holding up remarkably well despite the brutal weather environment and snowloads above 10,000'. Although I've recently retired from the utility I am more than happy to take the time to extend my highest recommendation for Phil, Celia, Leo and the crew at Foam Tech. Great people to work with

Wes May and his crew were most helpful, Wes gave a very accurate quote, was very flexible with scheduling, arrived on time and they did a great job working on a very steep roof.

We have used Bob's services for over 10 years and always have been completely satisfied with the quality of the work, the timeliness of the repair and the overall cost. I would recommend Bob highly. We would not think of calling anyone else.

  • Arvada Insulation
We had a company cold call us for insulation. We knew that our house was not very efficient and wanted to begin saving energy and take advantage of the government incentives as well as the incentives from our local utility. The cold call company came in and verified that we needed an additional 18? of insulation with a total cost of about $5,000. We gave them a down payment check for $1,500 with 3 days to change our mind. My wife looked up Angie?s list for recommendations and found Arvada Insulation. We call them and they came out quickly and gave us a quote of $1,500 for the same job (18? of insulation). We hired them on the spot and canceled our other order. By the weekend they were here installing and our house is warmer than ever. We got the Tax rebate and the local utility rebate. We have noticed a drop in our heating bills as well. We have recommended them to all of our family and friends. We were going to drop our subscription to Angie?s List but after this experience we are going to use it more and more

It went very well. There was insulation dust everywhere, but the heating bill has been so much lower! We are so pleased with the work accomplished! Covenant Construction did a great job!

We had Andrew come up and look over our home at the end of the framing phase. Both ourselves and our GC had ideas about how much foam to use in various places. Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us to refine our ideas and to steer us clear of several errors we were heading toward. Even though it was several months before we were ready for them to do the work, they stood by their estimate and did a nice job. Our GC checked insulation depth in a number of places where he thought they might be a bit shy but found every area to be more than the contracted amount. They were one of the best contractors we worked with in terms of communication, friendliness, punctuality and the desire to do the job right. Hopefully we won't need them again, but if we needed insulation, they'd be the ones that we call

Kevin was very friendly and helpful, as were his two installers. He did the work when he said he would, did a neat job and did it quickly.
    Lawrence T.
Larry was friendly and helpful getting additional attic insulation installed with an energy rebate. I'm happy with the results. Getting a hold of him took some patience and there was a bit of clean up(insulation dust) that was left, but those are fairly minor complaints. Overall I would recommend CB Insulation
