"I purchased 2 hours of electrical labor for $149. With 2 projects, I thought this would be a great deal. When I scheduled they said they were sending 2 electricians for one hour instead of 1 electrician for two hours. I figured this was fine, one could work each job. Instead they sent an electrician and his apprentice. The electrician worked on the outlet and his apprentice ran his errands getting tools and standing and watching him work. Needless to say the ceiling fan did not get done. They were done in 45 minutes and then were going to charge me an additional $45 for parts. When I complained he said he would credit me the 15 minutes left and therefore would call it even. Overall $149 for an outlet install was a decent deal. On a side note, the apprentice had dried mud all over his shoes which he tracked into my house. When I pointed it out he was apologetic. Also, the outlet was installed a little too close to the pillar of our pergola. The outlet cover scrapes the pillar every time it's opened and closed. Last year I purchase 8 hours of electrical labor from Front Range Electric and they sent 2 electricians for 4 hours and those men completed 8 different projects, and even made a trip to Lowes for parts."

"We had an unfinished basement that had rough in plumbing already done and was already insulated by the builder. We used Craftsman Basements to create a beautiful living space instead of a messy storage area. 
Craftsman transformed this space into a bar/eating/kitchen area with floor tile and dark cherry cabinetry  a sink, dishwasher, and fridge (we provided the dishwasher and fridge). We also have a nice bedroom with walk-in closet and beautiful window, a hallway, tiled shower/bathroom, living area with room for recreation (we have a full sized air hockey table) a clever reading nook with its own light under the stairs, wrought iron staircase and comfortable soft carpet. We also have 2 small unfinished areas for storage. 
about Overall the work was done in a timely manner, Matt the owner and Ben the work supervisor went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final project. Their workers were polite, timely and completed what was expected on the day expected. We are very happy that we went with this company and are enjoying our new space. They took extra care to line our driveway so the dumpster didn't scratch or damage it and the workers had a portable so never any reason to come upstairs. They came and went without bothering us but the workers were also accessible when necessary. The owner and supervisor made sure we knew what to expect from week to week. They completed all work in about 2 months give or take a few changes we requested that added a little extra time.

We called the plumber because the toliets were stopped up.  When he came out, there was one problem after another.  Apparently the pipes in the bathrooms were cast iron and had completely rusted out.  They had to jackhammer the concrete in both bathrooms to replace the pipes up to where the pipes were good.  They found mold when they remove the tile in the bathrooms, so they had to deal with that.  When installing the overflow valve in the front of the house they found that the sewer pipes were made out of clay and had tree roots in them.  They had to dig a trench from the house out to the sidewalk and replace those sewer lines and cut down one of my trees.  They also replaced the washing machine hookup and some other things.  After it was done, they retiled and repainted the bathrooms.  The job took about a week, which was less time that Alex, the plumber, had estimated.
I would give everything an A or B, except they left rock and clay pipe fragments in my front yard where they dug the trench.  All other debris was cleaned up.  Some of the tile in the half-bath is not quite level and the paint around the base boards is not good.  The prior baseboard was 3" vinyl, which they replaced with standard 1" wood.  That was ok, but they didn't remove the adhesive from the wall where the vinyl baseboard was, so the paint is all lumpy there.  Also, the door on the main bath is not quite right.  It's functional, but it has a little hitch when you open it all the way.
I'm mostly satisfied.  I'm not sure about the price.  I don't know the going rate for this situation. $17,160.00 is a lot of money, but they did a lot of work.  I kind of wish I had asked for a second opinion, just so I'd be sure that it was a fair price, but I don't really feel like I was ripped off.
