"I?ve been having sewer problems for the past 4 years and every plumber I called to was only able to put a bandaid on it. Optic was finally able to diagnose and fix the actual problem (sagging pipe that kept clogging and backing up). I don?t typically write reviews (at least not positive ones..), but I?ve been dealing with this nightmare for years and they really did go the extra mile for me to actually fix the problem instead of just clearing the clog until I happened agin. BIG thanks to Oscar and his crew!"

"After hiring a larger more well known company who literally did nothing but charge me for time and travel, I was able to find Andrew on Angi’s. Not only did he clear the main, but he installed a new clean out. Andrew is very personable and communicates well. He explained what needed to be done, stuck to the plan, and charged a fraction of what the larger company wanted to. I can’t recommend Andrew/A1 enough. Hire him by all means if your job meets his skill set."

"I had both of them taken care of at the same time so I am so glad. Keven and Travis worked on the the water heater and Riley worked on the regular heater. They were all so nice to me and charged me $1000 less than the last company! He even told me about coupons that they had running and found them in the phone book for me, I couldn't believe it! They were easy to talk to and very respectful, it is so good to have people treat me like that and for such a decent price. The cleaning and tune-up was only $77 and the water heater replacement was $1175 after the coupon."
