"They did a really great job. It went well. Angelina was really knowledgeable. She kept us updated. Everything went pretty smoothly. We're planning to hire them again to help us design and pick colors to our basement."

"I hired The Splendor Home (TSH) to do a major kitchen remodel. The process was very easy and the owner, Makda, took a lot of time to really find out what I wanted. We discussed how I use my kitchen and she applied that understanding to the final design. Makda's attention to detail was outstanding and she brought up some points that I had not considered. I feel her being a woman brought a great element to the project as she had some contrasting ideas and experiences that I, as a man, did not think about. We did a full remodel that included moving the sink, refrigerator and range. She was always on the project providing essential oversight of her crew which really helped to eliminate errors and led to a fantastic final product. Makda also does interior design work which was very helpful when we came to pick tiles, flooring and cabinets, as well as the accessories that really tied the project together. I would highly recommend TSH and I will hire Makda again for my next project."

"Jack is a pleasure to work with from start to finish! He is completely upfront about his pricing, and we loved that he passed his designer discounts on to us rather than keeping the difference as part of his compensation; that way we knew Jack only had the integrity of the design and our Best interests at heart. Jackâ s ability to do quick digital renderings helped me to visualize the spaces with our selections installed prior to ordering, which was great for deciding on the arrangement of furniture and scale/size of our selections.. I highly recommend Jack for his wonderful taste and openness to feedback and furniture picks we found independently. We canâ t wait for all of our custom orders to get delivered & installed in our new home! Hire Jack. You wonâ t be disappointed."

"Unique Perspective did an outstanding experience from start to finish. Steve helped bring our vision to life by creating the architectural plans and as-built drawings for our home, and his expertise truly made the entire process seamless. His attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge were exceptional. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and transformed our ideas into beautifully organized, well-designed plans. We were incredibly impressed with his communication, creativity, and ability to make everything feel simple and stress-free. If you are looking for someone talented, reliable, and highly skilled in architectural planning and residential design, I cannot recommend him enough. We will absolutely work again with his company in the future ."

"Marc was attentive, understanding and really a good point of contact through our build process giving us the information we needed to accomplish our goals in our pre build process. He remains a point of contact for all future questions and concerns!"

"I recently worked with Don to renovate my home in Boulder and am very pleased with the outcome. He has vision and can see possibilities that add value and bring out the best elements of both the property and the home. Don worked carefully with me to design my home to complement my lifestyle and to reflect my aesthetic, creating open spaces, "hidden" storage, and modernizing the overall look and feel. He was especially helpful in integrating indoor and outdoor spaces: extending views, unleashing natural light, and enhancing outdoor spaces with subtle lighting. At my request he also offered suggestions for potential colors and ways to use new and existing furniture to enhance, and be in proportion with, the spaces we created. I am convinced that many of my home's favorite features and details exist because Don took the time to see, and to enable me to see, the possibilities. Prior to purchasing and renovating this house, I hired Don to "review" three other homes that I was seriously considering purchasing. He was able to see possibilities as well as to point out deal breakers. Working with Don in this capacity helped me to educate myself about renovations, articulate what I wanted, and kept me from making purchases that would not have been as optimal as the one I ultimately purchased and now call home. If you are looking for an architect that can really add value through design, talk with Don."

A neighbor recommended Blueprint Facilities group after they completed some work on their house so I went online and setup a consult. They setup a whole plan with my choice of designs for property and immediately started the first project of junk removal. The whole yard needed to be cleared of all kinds of debris and leftover building material and junk. They were professional and meticulous in their work and detail and started the project practically immediately with the junk removal and cleanup. Thanks for your great service!"
