We bought a house and had a long list of projects, large and small, that we wanted to get done before we moved in. Mario and his team did an absolutely amazing job with all of it. On the small end they replaced a mailbox for us, on the larger end they repainted the interior of the house (doing a stellar job) and took an unfinished space in the basement and turned it into a stunning finished workshop. They updated the home office with new paint and new flooring, redid the master bathroom, and much much more! He and his team were always professional, hardworking, and accommodating. They got things done on schedule and on budget and were always a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done, and the price was very fair. We will definitely be using Villarreal Contracting for all of our future projects!!

Their F from the Better Business Bureau kind of says it all. I found the owner pretty nice to work with. He was flexible too which I appreciated. What I find unacceptable is related to issues that were brought to my attention by the HOA after the job was completed and paid for. Some of the issues were a bit questionable regarding if it should be the contractor's responsibility or not but in any case, the issues were caused by the contractor and the HOA is requiring me to fix them. One issue that there is no question is the contractor's responsibility are pieces of siding that were removed and never replaced. When I reached out (by email) to the contractor about these things, I was basically told none of it is their problem since I already signed off on the job being completed. I didn't expect the contractor to just fix these things at his own cost. I expected him to at least have a discussion with me about what could be done. Subsequent emails to the contractor and the administrators that work for him were completely ignored.

I would highly recommend Stud Construction. The general contractor was on the job every day, sometimes twice a day. They are experienced, reliable, see the big picture, have great ideas and approach challenges as opportunities for solutions. They constantly demonstrated integrity and persistence. They have excellent subcontractors who do painstakingly great work—on time, safety conscious and adaptable. It was a painless project and the end result is perfect.

Our very unique home offered many challenges that the ReThink team was able to effectively work through and problem solve. They completed our project on time and within budget. The attention to detail exemplifies their professionalism and creates a beautiful product that they, and we, can be proud of. This was a complete rebuild. My 1970s style bathroom complete with carpet was replaced. Bathtub and a wall removed, new custom shower, new flooring, new wall tile, new lights, baseboards and some drywall work. How did it go? Slightly below budget, on time, absolutely perfect worksmanship. I've had decks, kitchens, staircases and now 3 bathrooms remodeled in the last few years. Tom is the best contractor I've hired and a really nice guy, he really knows what he is doing. If you get a bid that is slightly lower than Toms, skip it and go with Tom, you won't have to worry about how it will turn out.

Jeremey with J2 Contractors listened to what we wanted in our basement project and delivered. Kept us in the loop during the entire process and if a change came up he would discuss the options available. Have been enjoying the final project for 6 months now. Jeremy still checks in about every 6-8 weeks to make sure we are enjoying and if any small issues have come up that need to addressed. He truly wants to make sure the job is done right from start to finish.
