"Gil arrived on time and did a great job of troubleshooting the problem. The dryer vent was very difficult to access on a stacked unit, and was so blocked, the tubing had close to a gallon of water in it, likely condensation from wet clothes. No wonder it would barely dry anything! He cleaned the roof vent as well. Pleasant and friendly and did the job in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased."

The crews took down old gutters and downspouts, and replaced them with seamless rain gutters and when finished they did an excellent job of cleanup. Crews were respectful and hardworking. "Had Wayne come out to assess some doors and weatherstripping that needed repair. He was polite and knowledgeable, and spent the time to understand my budget and needs. Sent a quote over in a timely manner, but I decided to wait to do the repairs until a later date. I contacted him again a few months later for a re quote and to hire for the work, but he was very inconsistent about getting back to me, and never tried to reschedule any time for me. Had high hopes, but unfortunately would not recommend due to inconsistent and unreliable followup/scheduling."
