"I'm very happy with how RugBotic cleaned my Persian rug and managed the whole affair. The rug is a 12x8 hand-knitted silk rug that, ahem, hadn't been cleaned in 40 years. Yes, it's somewhat worn but they treated it carefully and we're able to restore the lovely colours, I especially like the blues. I didn't bother restoring some of the tassels, I like a worn look. At first we had some schedule conflicts as they are trying to keep their staff working, they sometimes shift the times at the last minute when they get a cancellation. I trusted them with a key to my apartment, scheduled a regular day, the last Friday of every month, and they always performed timely and well. I even forgot to leave the check once and they still cleaned and let me mail them the check.

They have an outline of the work they do on their website and they stick to the work and do it well. I was always so glad to come home at the end of the day to a clean apartment.
