Water Line replacement Q3 2014: Job took 2 days + time for permits and city inspections. I appreciated the time Paul took with me before work started to ensure we were fully aligned with the details of the work. Paul and his crew were on time both days and completed the work on schedule and within budget. The original quote assumed that the walkway leading up to the house would not be affected...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We have hired CalPed Builders twice in the last year to perform work on rental houses. The first project was replacement of water lines in an existing house (~650 sq ft) from the city main to each point of water use (sinks, laundry, water heater, bath, toilet), including two exterior water spigots. The second project included interior updates like installing cabinets, replacing a pocket door, replacing/reframing an exterior door, reinforcing floor joists, and (on exterior) pouring a new concrete walkway.

Paul Peterson is the person I dealt with. He did an excellent job. They did it right. It took very little follow up and the place looks great. I am a small investor. He got started a week late because he was working on another project. I would absolutely use them again.
