His crew couldn't answer many questions, and some answers were guesses which the owner contradicted when asked later. I asked the Bio Safety to check the attic but I was told that wouldn't be necessary. Instead, the handyman went into the attic and found more mold, a leak in the roof and other issues which he repaired immediately."
