"I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church. They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days. The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes. They began work the next week. He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off. He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
