"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. Above all of what I wrote above, Charlie and the office staff are very organized people. Charlie was able to provide me with a lot of information about rebates, taxes etc… and Every bit of information I could want related to monitoring my system, working with Landmark construction & energy crew, maximizing the cost benefits, and getting my tax rebate, are all gathered and clearly labelled in a binder. Charlie knew how to explain everything about solar and I could see during our meetings how much patient he have. Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. I can't think of a contractor and I've worked with quite a few once in the past and for this project, I met with several ones as well and Landmark construction & energy crew is more reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented.  Beau did an impeccable job attaching the conservatory to the main house without any dust or  construction debri entering the home.  He cleaned up every day after work. He kept the exact hours he said he would work. He kept the job on schedule.
He worked with the city on all the permitting and inspections.
The quality of workmanship was well beyond my expectations and became the envy of everyone who saw the finished room.

"I was selling my townhouse and the roof came up during the home inspection. I called several companies and received comparable quotes from each, but decided to go with Ocean Seven Builders. I'm glad I did. Jimmy, who estimated the job for me, was knowledgeable and gave me an approximate time frame for completion (1-2 weeks). This was an important aspect since closing was scheduled to happen in 3 weeks. After I put down my 1/3 deposit, they ended up having am opening in the schedule and were able to replace the roof within a week's time. The work took less than a day and the crew worked well. They took pictures and provided me with the invoice & warranty documentation I needed for closing. Invoicing and everything else behind the scenes was handled via email with the office manager. He was also very pleasant to work with and provided great customer service when I need the additional documents/info for settlement. Overall, the quality of work and customer service was exceptional. If in the future, my new home needs some roofing work, I would happily use Ocean Seven Builders again."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased.
