It doesn't get much better than this. We were having foundation work done on my elderly mother's home in LA. We arranged this remotely via a friend that recommended us to Ezra and Charlie. Ezra took time, care, and patience to make sure that the remodeling will be comfortable with the process and to answer each and every one of our questions. This alone makes us recommend them as highly as possible. Customer service of this level is very very rare today. The work that they did was managed by Charlie.  Beau did an impeccable job attaching the conservatory to the main house without any dust or  construction debri entering the home.  He cleaned up every day after work. He kept the exact hours he said he would work. He kept the job on schedule.
He worked with the city on all the permitting and inspections.

"Ocean Seven Builders and his crew recently replaced my roof. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
