"Gary was the only bidder who came to the house to review the project with me. This gave me confidence that he completely understood the scope and would not hit me with change orders. His price was competitive. On the day of installation, he and his assistant (required because I needed a new cable pulled between the house and detached garage) were courteous and professional. Once the charger was installed, Gary walked me through setting up the application to confirm I had set it up properly. Gary scheduled the LADBS inspection and returned to attend the inspection. "What can't I say about James, Ernie & Bryan/Brien. I hired Zero Electric (ZE) to raise/replace my front and backyard electrical outlets. James examined the outlets & suggested what he thought would be best. When we got to the 4th outlet, I guess he must have read my facial expression that I was not convinced. He not only re-suggested how he thought these outlets should be reinstalled but physically showed me & stated why. I was convinced & agreed that his suggestion was best. He and his guys were very attentive, they listened and are personable. Even though the day was a scorcher, James said it would take 4 hrs which it did. I have had other contractors do work for me, ZE is the 2nd contractor's staff that I was very impressed with. Their work is excellent, warm, pleas'g characters and a joy to be around. "We hired ADI Electrical on 2/5/24 to do 5 different electrical jobs on our home, replace a fixture under the cabinet in the kitchen, supply and install floor outlet in the family room, supply and install new outlet for the garage ceiling, remove outlet in an old furnace closet, install new doorbell by move existing doorbell transformer to attic and fish ethernet cable from attic to junction box on side of house. Alvaro gave us a detailed estimate on 1/26 and we like their website which is very thorough and precise in its presentation. Michael the administrator in the office was very helpful in setting up appointments and anything else that was needed. Santo, Alex and Sam Adi came out on 2/6 to do the electrical work and we are extremely pleased with their attentiveness to detail and accomplishing everything that needed to be done. All the areas were cleaned up and everything was left spotless. We are very satisfied with the electrical services, and we highly recommend them."
