"She used a wax mop to clean my floors. She just used cleaning spray no mop bucket. Cleaning the floors in that manner, left them in sticky condition. Left cleaner and smears on the wall tiles for my tub. Didn't completely scrub out the filth in a few spots in my tub."

"2,000 sq. ft home, 2 kitchens, 3 bdrm, 2 ba, living rm ,plus a family room. Wood, tile, lvp & linoleum flooring.The business owner Miss Crispin, gave a price quote, It was VERY reasonable. I texted pics of rooms and confirmed cost. (La Joya owner) Miss Crespin and associate arrived promptly with all cleaning equipment to tackle the job and started right away. I could tell that they have worked together as a team for a while. These ladies were efficient, asked me questions when needed and their speed was impressive. I was doing my best to pack a kitchen that was supposed to have been packed and gone. La Joya cleaners are truly amazing professionals. Miss Crespin, (La Joya owner) saw I was having difficulty packing boxes. She immediately stepped in and AMAZINGLY said she packs too! She packed 8 large U-Haul boxes in no time, wrapped, taped , DONE! I was so pleased! The house smelled clean, looked even better and I was so happy! Yes!! I WOULD HIRE AGAIN, ABSOLUTELY 💯 %."
