"Rob is very good at what he does, as he cleaned out the gutters and washed them out. He was very nice and polite. He also recommended to us a painter as we are getting ready to need one, after the house is painted the windows are cleaned which is included with the completion of painting."

"Amazing customer service, easy to get a quote and he gave me the best price out of 3 quotes from others in the area and was hundreds less. He was respectful and knowledgeable and curtious to our neighbors. I was even able to get wood chips from our trees for free. I will be using custom tree care for all my tree needs in the future. I couldn't be happier!"

"Jesus will be my permanent Fix-it guy from now on. Wonderful work, detailed so fine he finished my cabinets with a brush you use for painting pictures. His workers are just as professional, but as friendly as him. They not only did a wonderful job, but understood my limitations and not only did the neccessary work, but made sure with my handicap, that it worked for ME! They cleaned up and left my house and yard cleaner than when he came. Not only that, but because the doggie door he was to install didn't have a lock, he used the old door and fashioned a lock for the new one, and didn't charge extra. He told me it would take a week, but they finished in 4 days. They came early, left late, and did a job that I am so pleased with, that I recommend his company to everyone."
Topsoil costs from $12 to $55 per cubic yard, depending on the type you choose. For example, screened black dirt will cost about $15 per cubic yard. Loam (soil composed of sand, silt, and clay) costs about $17 per cubic yard. Standard screened topsoil costs about $20 per cubic yard. The type of topsoil you need depends on your landscaping plans.
Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.

Cedar, cypress, and rubber mulch cost anywhere from $100 to $120 per cubic yard. A pro can help you determine the type of mulch most suitable for your landscaping needs.
