Jose was very generous with his time, coming out several times to do that. He suggested that I replace the receiver, which was not the problem. Then he suggested that I may have had a bad sensor in the receiver that wouldn’t allow the tv to communicate with the receiver and speakers. Neither of those issues were correct, and I fixed the problem on my own.
