"My roof had a serious moss problem that needed clearing I was concerned about the damage that might be done by someone walking on the old wooden shakes and pressure washing. My roof looks much better without the moss and I have waited for a couple rain storms to safely declare no leaks. Thank you for the great job!"

"

My husband and I used this company on two separate occasions and were extremely happy with the results both times. He pressure washed our home both times, and the second time he also did our drive-way and 3-tier back deck. He spent a considerable amount of time on both of these projects, and the back deck looked transformed (we were getting ready to sell our home and our real estate agent was impressed).

"Manuel and his team, Mike and Mario, were punctual, professional, and Manuel gave us a fair price for work completed. They power-washed, prepped (including minor repairs,) and painted exterior of our home and it looks beautiful! We are 100% satisfied! And, looking forward to receiving additional bids for painting projects at our home. Thank you Manuel and team. John & Cynthia"

Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

You should always hook up your pressure washer to the water supply before turning it on and ensure there’s a good water flow. If you try to turn the machine on without water in the system, it overworks and overheats the unlubricated pump. This can quickly lead to irreversible damage.

A pressure washer’s size or power is measured in pounds per square inch (PSI). The amount of pressure you need will depend on your project and the material you’re washing, but consumer pressure washers range from 500 to 2,400 PSI. Porous materials like brick and stucco should not be blasted with anything stronger than 1,000 PSI, while you can use a PSI of up to 2,400 to clean a vinyl fence.

Pressure washing is a great way to take care of built-up messes much more easily and quickly than manual scrubbing. Pressure washing can save you energy, time, and even money by getting rid of contaminants that can lead to damage to your home. It can also increase curb appeal if you’re getting ready to make a home sale.

One of the best ways to save money on deck cleaning services might seem counter-intuitive: pay for cleaning annually rather than waiting until it’s necessary. Routine deck maintenance can help you avoid stains and mold growth, both of which can detract from the appearance of your deck and limit its lifespan. Annual cleaning and resealing will keep your deck looking new for longer, adding utility to your yard and improving the overall appeal of your home and its value. You can also save money by coupling deck power washing with other outdoor cleaning services, like fences, patios, and walkways.

This process doesn’t necessarily require soap or detergent, but it definitely helps. You can get by with just using water, but remember, brick requires a lower-than-average pressure level when compared to concrete, so forgoing detergent increases the time it takes to spot clean stains and debris once you finish with the pressure washer. Brick is especially porous, so the less water you use on it, the better.
