He never mentioned advanced payment. I said I wasn?t comfortable but would certainly pay him as agreed for the job. He told me he wasn?t coming if I didn?t send him money first. For a handyman? Leave me waiting for a month then demand payment up front before doing one minute of work? Totally unprofessional!!! Time waster!"

He did need to replace the door casing as well since it was old (it's been there since the house was built in 1971) so this was understandable. It ended up costing a little more than originally bid but the cost increase was reasonable given the additional work Michael had to do. The door was hung perfectly and is solid and water tight. Great job. We would hire him again when needed."
