Small jobs welcome

"Eddie returned my call immediately, scheduled a time for my window cleaning very quickly, showed up ON TIME and did a complete and professional job. He is very easy to work with. When Eddie came his truck was spotless, as was he. He is well spoken and wants to do a good job. He was so good the we hired him to clean our gutters and solar panels, and he did the same complete and professional job on that ."

"We haven’t done anything of deep cleaning of our new home since 7 years ago and today we hired OC Family maids cleaning lady and the owner Louis came over spending 4 1/2 hours cleaning the whole house, it’s a amazing how it looks after their work. Especially the bathroom tile, clean out all the mold. We are very happy with their work and recommend them to our neighbors."

House Cleaning questions, answered by experts

It‘s risky to pressure wash indoors, and we wouldn’t recommend it, but following all safety guidelines can prevent the worst outcomes. Always make sure to use an electric-powered machine over one that’s gas-powered, remove obstacles that could cause tripping or falling, and keep appliances like hair dryers and toothbrushes unplugged and out of the way to prevent electrical hazards.

Virtually any material in your basement can absorb and hold onto musty odors, including building materials like wood framing, insulation, drywall, and flooring, as well as cloth furniture, clothes, area rugs, cardboard boxes in storage, and more. If you’re looking to get rid of the musty smell in your basement, it’s a good idea to remove or replace these items and address the underlying moisture issue for the fastest results.

Hydrogen peroxide is an effective stain remover for many kinds of stains on porcelain, ceramic, stone, and stainless steel sinks. Always consult your manufacturer’s instructions to ensure hydrogen peroxide won’t damage your sink. To remove stains with hydrogen peroxide, saturate the corner of a cloth or sponge with peroxide and gently dab at the stain until it lightens.

Professional cleaning offers deeper sanitization, reaches grout inaccessible by home tools, and restores tiles without causing damage. Technicians have expertise and equipment that ensures long-lasting cleanliness and improved aesthetics.

Yes. Baking soda and vinegar—when diluted with water—are safe to use to clean sticky laminate floors.
