When we couldn't find the clog we decided to look for a professional to help out and we called Noel. He and his employee were awesome. "Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. "It was a bigger job unclogging the drain than I thought it was going to be, but, Richard completely unclogged the drain while taking everything apart under the sink. He also fixed a leak under the sink that had been going on for quite a while. He was friendly, punctual, worked quickly, very knowledgeable and neat. The price was more than fair. "Woke up this morning and both the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower/bathtub was all backed up. I called two plumbing services but only one of them could make it before 2p.m. I went with Pioneer because I had to be at work for 3p.m. They showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me because I was out running errands thinking they were going to be late like plumbers in the past. Since we don't have a clean out to the main line it cost a little more than I thought it would but now I know that we need to install one. Luis R. and his partner did great work. They unclogged my main line through the roof vent in less than an hour so that I could get to work on time. They were also personable but professional.
