I had a few different contractors give estimates, some higher and some lower than David, but I immediately had a great feeling about him as he took the time to explain the process, how he would approach the project, and he paid particular attention to the details that I had initially overlooked (sealing the grout, how tiles line up, pattern ideas, transition pieces, etc.) He started the work early Monday morning (showed up exactly on time), and he was meticulous with the prep work to ensure my place remained clean and un-impacted by the dust. I left him unsupervised the majority of the weekend, trusted him in my place and tried to stay out of his way. I returned to a finished product that was absolutely AMAZING! I'll be honest, I'm pretty fastidious, especially when dealing with something like flooring. With that being said, the tile was put down PERFECTLY!
