"Dan Kies, the owner, does all the work himself. I am a real estate attorney/developer and have very high standards for my vendors. Dan passed them all. He spent an inordinate amount of time with me discussing my project and all the options for a new septic system, and his price was significantly lower than other bidders. The job was done on time and he took photos of the systems installed so I could understand exactly how my underground system worked. When it came time to sell the property, he took the time to explain the system to the new buyers so they had confidence in his work. During the sale of the property, I again contacted him regarding installing an RV hookup into the existing septic system. This was on a weekend when my buyers were going to cancel the sale if the hookup was not provided.
