"They were amazing! They were great at communicating all the way up to the appointment, which I appreciate. Then when the crew got here they were all very professional and conscientious and went above and beyond what I even expected. They had to work really hard on some tough stains, but they got them out. ? I was impressed that they stayed even longer than they anticipated to make sure everything was done 100%. "It took me several tries to contact Mighty Services. And once I did finally contact them, they did not show up for the appointment. This was a misunderstanding that they corrected promptly. I can recommend. them as they finally did up, on time and did an excellent job, cleaned up properly and were reasonably priced. The owner, Alex and helper were very professional and apologized for the previous misunderstanding with regards to the date of the appointment. They took pictures of the rooftop cap and spark arrester, which needed service. We have a tile roof and they were very careful when walking on it. Not a single tile was damaged."
