"It didn't. I selected a coupon from Angie's List and a representative called me to set up service but refused to honor the coupon. He set up a discount for the first cleaning and a higher price for every cleaning after. He called on April 8th and at the first appointment for April 13th and on that date I received a text & email stating had to reschedule for a day no one would be home. I rescheduled for a better day and then on that day the same thing happened. I recieved another message would be rescheduled. I have been charged and have not recieved service. I want a refund and to cancel all future contact with Handy. I want to speak to a customer service representative but there is no number for a live agent, it's voicemail or email only. I feel they need to be removed from Angie's List because I feel this is a scam due to the fact I've been charged and no services have been completed."
